The dispute between Ordo Equitum Solis and their label is settled out-of-court to the band's advantage. OES also regains full rights on their past and future releases worldwide, including on Planetes.
OES files a suit against unknown subjects for the distribution and sales of the Video "In Russia", as the video results available in shops. The Penal Court of Florence would later sentence on December 10th, 2004, that the rights of the video "In Russia" belong exclusively to Ordo Equitum Solis and that no one was entitled to sell nor distribute it.
