Digital downloads are not subject to returns policies.

Every effort is made to keep the website inventory current and up to date. Even though, items are subject to being out of stock, out of print, or deleted at any time. Should this happen, we will get in touch with you and offer alternative items or refund.
Orders are treated on a first-come-first-served basis.
We occasionally take pre-orders for upcoming releases.
When you "pre-order" an item, you are buying an item before it is available. By reserving the item, you are guaranteed that we will ship it to you immediately upon its official release. On many occasions, we are able to ship items prior to their official release, however, we cannot guarantee that service, and we cannot guarantee that you’ll receive the item before it’s available in shops.
Please note that expected release dates can be delayed, changed, or cancelled due to unforeseen problems. Should this happen you will be notified.
When placing an order with a pre-order(s) on it please consider the release dates and select eventual pre-order shipping instructions on the Checkout page.
Goods not received
In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, we will contact the Post Office to trace the item. Our policy is to wait 28 days before declaring a shipments lost. If you are outside the European Union, you should first check with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order is held there. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, email firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to provide all details of your order.
We will retain proof of postage for all orders dispatched. Where a customer specifies insurance we will be able to claim for loss or damage to the value of insurance taken out. We will then instigate a claim to our local Post Office. Please be aware that in the event of a claim having to be made to the Post Office, we will not make compensatory payments until the Post Office has first settled the claim. Customers are deemed to accept this when placing orders.
Please remember that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit where adequate insurance has not been taken out.
All items purchased from Sinope Shop are fully guaranteed against faults. Defective items can be exchanged for an identical item within 14 days of receipt. You must first notify us of faulty items as soon as it becomes apparent by phone or email, and then return it to address we specify.
We don’t accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. However, items returned to us because they were ordered in error or returned due to a change of mind will be accepted at our discretion, and if accepted will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. All sales become final after 30 days.
All items must be returned to Sinope at the customer's cost and our liability will not exceed the amount originally paid by the customer.
